Lala is the planning house. The legal name of the person responsible is not in the brief. This page says what happens to the details you send.
Who holds it
Write to hello@lala-weddings.com for any request about it. The brief does not give a legal name to put here.
What you send
The letter on the apply page is sent from this site to hello@lala-weddings.com. A copy, in the same hand, is sent to the email address you give. We receive your names, that address, the date, the guest count, where you are writing from, a phone number if you leave one, the days you choose, and whatever you write.
The corner button opens WhatsApp. That conversation is with Sara on WhatsApp, not stored by this site.
If you write to the same address yourself, we receive whatever you choose to put in the message.
Why it is kept
An enquiry is kept so we can reply, usually within two working hours, and so we can talk properly about the week. If you ask us to plan, the same details — and what we learn afterwards from you and your family — are kept so the week can be run: the villa, the Agni, the kitchen, the rite.
The lawful basis is your request that we correspond with you, and, once a week is agreed, the agreement itself. We do not use your details to advertise to anyone else, and we do not sell them.
Who else sees it
Before a wedding is agreed, the correspondence stays with Lala. Once you have asked us to plan, a venue or a kitchen receives only what that part of the week needs.
Resend carries the letter from the site to those two inboxes, and only for that delivery. After it arrives, the correspondence stays with Lala.
How long
An enquiry that does not become a booking is kept only as long as the conversation needs, and then deleted when you ask, or when it is clear the week will not go ahead. Papers for a week that does go ahead are kept for as long as the agreement, the suppliers, and the tax record require.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The type is part of the site itself. It is not loaded from a third party. Your browser may still store its own ordinary history of the pages you open.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a booking. You can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live. Write to hello@lala-weddings.com and we will answer.
The site is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
