We source hidden, highly attractive properties that are fully compliant with South Asian traditions — securing permissions for the Agni, navigating noise ordinances for late-night Sangeets, and mapping out the complex logistics of a three-day, high-guest-count event. Tuscany, Lake Como, the Amalfi Coast, Rome, and Puglia.

We protect your budget without compromising your aesthetic. Senior luxury professionals for photography and lighting, beside hungry emerging talent. A high-end editorial look without the budget bloat — a €150,000 finish inside an €80,000 to €100,000 budget.

A cinematic Italian backdrop means nothing if the photographer misses the rites. Shot lists and on-site direction, from the pheras to the Vidaai, including the family. Budgeted at €5,000 to €15,000, across thirty hours or more.

Italian flowers, plus our own fabrics and structure where a local florist does not understand a Mandap. In a historic villa: anchoring, weight, and the distance from the fire.

Henna artists, dhol players, and master Indian chefs. External catering negotiated into the villa kitchen. Halal, Jain, vegetarian, Punjabi, Gujarati, South Indian, Hyderabadi, Pakistani.

The order
01
Thirty minutes. The vision, the guest list, the family, the budget, the date. Then the retainer.

€3,000. Venue scouting, negotiation, and the date. Credited in full toward the fee. Then a shortlist, quotes, and a site visit.

You sign with the venues and the vendors. You pay them. You see every original invoice.

Design, the vendor team, guest logistics, then the days themselves. Twelve to eighteen months ahead. Late spring and early autumn.
