Phase 1 — Scouting retainer

This initial deposit secures our time to conduct exhaustive venue scouting, contract negotiations, and date securement. We filter out the venues that overcharge international clients or cannot accommodate South Asian rituals, presenting you only with fully compliant, hidden gems. This retainer is 100% credited toward your final management fee.

Phase 2 — Production fee
10%
Our comprehensive management fee is a straightforward 10% of your total wedding spend. This covers end-to-end production, timeline management, cultural translation, and aggressive local rate negotiation across your entire multi-day event.

Direct contracting
100%
We never act as a reseller. You sign contracts and make payments directly to the Italian venues and vendors. You see every original invoice.
